Peach Crunch French Toast
Two pieces sourdough battered & filled with a sweet-roasted peach, almond, pecan, hazelnut & cream cheese compote. Served with in house infused peach syrup.
Pulled Pork Bene
House made smoked pulled pork with bacon braised red cabbage topped with poached eggs, hollandaise & a dash of Tabasco atop puff pastry with choice of potatoes.
House smoked sockeye salmon, locally made smoked andouille sausage, capers, smoked tomatoes, Gruyere cheese atop O’Brien potatoes. Topped with hollandaise & two eggs any style.
Sautéed shallots & red peppers incorporated eggs filled with shaved local pancetta & brie cheese then topped with our famous hollandaise sauce. Served with choice of toast & potatoes.
