Our house made Carnitas on Bolillo bread (Mexican style french bread) with pepper jack cheese, pickled red onions & mayo, served with a side of habanero salsa & choice of salad or fries.

Two pieces of sourdough filled with a sweet pear & cream cheese compote then rolled in grahm cracker crumbs. Topped with powdered sugar, a drizzle of caramel & whipped cream.

Old bay seasoned sautéed prawns, applewood bacon, caramelized onions & sautéed portabella mushrooms with poached eggs & hollandaise on a puff pastry with choice of potatoes.
Citrus braised pork with black beans, lightly pickled red onions, spicy banana peppers & Fontina cheese atop O’Brien potatoes. Topped with two eggs any style & cilantro.
Shallot incorporated eggs folded over brandy & honey poached pears, chopped bacon, Fontina & Gruyere cheese. Topped with hollandaise. Served with choice of toast & potatoes.
