Yellow & red roasted beets with toasted macadamia nuts and chèvre cheese atop a blend of frisée, radicchio & mesclun mix. Served with a house made honey dijon vinaigrette.

1/3 lb C.A.B. patty topped with habanero pepper jack cheese, fried jalapeño coins, two strips of thick bacon, house made bacon jam, red onion, tomato & butter lettuce on a King’s Hawaiian bun. Served with a choice of shoestring fries or house salad.

Sautéed shallots & tomato incorporated eggs folded over bacon, shrimp & brie cheese topped with hollandaise & fried capers. Served with roasted potatoes & choice of toast.
