Dry rubbed, then slow roasted pork belly on grilled bolillo bread. Topped with chicharrones (aka cracklings), tomato, arugula, red onion & garlic aioli.
West Coast Burger
1/3 lb C.A.B. patty topped with cheese, bacon, avocado, lettuce, onion, tomato & 1000 island dressing spread on a split croissant. Served with a side of shoestring fries or house salad.

Two pieces of sourdough filled with seedless raspberry sauce & marscarpone compote. Battered & topped with powdered sugar, raspberry coulis & whipped cream.
Grilled thick sliced portabella caps with roasted red peppers & arugula set atop artichoke & smoked gouda cheese risotto cakes. Topped with poached eggs & hollandaise sauce. Served with roasted potatoes.
Sauteed scallops, shrimp & crawfish tails with Cajun seasoning atop O’Brien potatoes then topped with diced tomatoes & gruyere cheese two eggs any style & hollandaise.
Smoked Salmon Omelet
A sauteed shallot, tomato, cream cheese & smoked Sockeye salmon filled omelet. Topped with hollandaise & fried cappers. Served with roasted potatoes & choice of toast.
