Apple Pie French Toast–
Two pieces of sourdough bread filled with a roasted apple, cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg & cream cheese compote. Battered, rolled in graham cracker crumble & grilled. Dusted with powdered sugar & topped with a drizzle of caramel sauce & whipped cream.
Local thin sliced pancetta, tomato slice, sweet brandy poached pears, arugula & avocado with poached eggs & hollandaise on a puff pastry with choice of potato.
Sausage Trio Hash–
House made Italian sausage, breakfast link, kielbasa sausage & green chilies with pepper jack cheese atop O’Brien potatoes with butternut squash. Topped with fresh tomatoes, two eggs any style & hollandaise.
Chilean Rock Crab Omelet–
Shallots, tomato & spinach sautéed in black truffle avocado oil & incorporated in eggs folded over Chilean Rock Crab & herb cream cheese then topped with hollandaise & sliced avocado. Served with choice of toast & potatoes.
