(2) Pumpkin pancakes with toasted graham cracker crust crumbles then topped with a drizzle of caramel sauce & brown sugar cinnamon pecan butter.
Bay Of Pigs Bene
Seasoned sweet bay scallops, apple wood bacon, arugula, poached eggs & hollandaise a top a puff pastry with choice of potatoes.
Hog Wild Hash
Shaved applewood smoked ham, sweet caramelized onions, sautéed portabella mushrooms & chevre cheese atop butternut squash & O’Brien potatoes. Topped with two eggs any style.
Shallot & tomato incorporated eggs folded over local made calabrese, avocado & shredded gruyere cheese then topped with ranchero sauce & pasilla (a roasted Poblano pepper sour cream). Served with choice of toast & potatoes.
